![]() Over time, Love and Forty's relationship became increasingly codependent, with Love taking on the role of protector and caretaker of Forty. She allowed Forty to believe he had blacked out and killed her, and the Quinn family made it appear to be a suicide to protect Forty. When she gave Forty drugs and was sexually abusing him, Love attacked and killed her. The family au pair, Sofia took advantage of Forty and had an inappropriate relationship with him. When their parents established Anavrin when Love and Forty were around 12, they were constantly away and hired an au pair to look after them. Love and Forty were mostly dependent on each other and helped each other get through.
